Realistic Three-Level Extension Rendering
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need photorealistic images that clearly show how my neighbour’s proposed extension will look once it is built. The scheme has three elements—a full-width ground-floor addition, a smaller first-floor build-out above part of it, and a roof-level extension—so the renders must capture the massing and the step-backs accurately.
Style
The images should feel like real photographs, with believable lighting, reflections and depth of field. Think V-Ray or Lumion quality (use whichever pipeline you prefer).
Views required
• One true side elevation render
• One three-quarter perspective that lets me show planners and neighbours how the volumes stack together
Key features to bring forward
• Correct external materials and textures (brick, cladding and roof finishes are all specified in the plans I will supply)
• Accurate window and door placements, including proposed frame colours
• Immediate surroundings—fence lines, trees, neighbouring façades—to ground the model in context
Deliverables
1. Two high-resolution JPEGs/PNGs (min. 4K) ready for print and digital submission
2. Source file or exported model so we can request minor tweaks if the architect revises the drawings
I will send you the existing and proposed CAD elevations, a materials schedule and site photographs as soon as we start. Please let me know your typical turnaround time and any other information you need before you begin.
