Realistic Character Transformation CGI

I’m bringing a character-transformation idea to life and need a skilled CGI animator who can deliver a fully-rendered, realistic sequence within the next month. The brief is straightforward: take my concept art and storyboards and turn them into a polished video that shows the character’s metamorphosis with believable anatomy, textures, lighting, and secondary effects (hair, cloth, particles, etc.).
