I am building an advanced, interactive custom web app configurator for premium outdoor structures. The app is being built using React/Three.js. I need a 3D artist to create highly optimized, real-time-ready models of the product range.

CRITICAL NOTE: I do NOT have CAD (DWG/STEP) files. You will be provided with high-resolution reference photographs, close-ups of the mechanisms, and overall dimensions. You must be able to do accurate hard-surface modeling from these visual references.

The Product Lineup to be Modeled:
You will be modeling a technical lineup that includes:

Aluminium patio ceilings and pergolas

Motorized/adjustable louvre roofs

Fixed IBR (Inverted Box Rib) awnings

Standard ceiling awnings

Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Because these models will be manipulated by code in a web browser, they must be perfectly structured:

Format: Must deliver highly optimized .glb files.

Materials: Baked PBR textures (Albedo, Normal, Roughness, Metalness) optimized for web performance (Low/Mid-poly).

Strict Naming Conventions: Every mesh must use strict, logical naming (e.g., post_front_left, louvre_blade_01). No default names like Cube.001. The codebase relies on these exact names to trigger animations.

Perfect Pivot Points/Origins: For moving parts (like louvre blades), the origin point must be placed exactly on the axis of rotation so the code can rotate them without them swinging out of place.

Applied Transforms: All objects must have scale and rotation applied (Scale 1,1,1) and be modeled to real-world 1:1 scale.

Separated Meshes: Any component that changes dynamically (e.g., an IBR roof panel swapping for louvres) must be its own independent mesh.

Deliverables:

Clean, web-ready .glb files for each structure type.

The original, organized Blender source files.

A short text or Loom video explaining your scene hierarchy.
