2D Product Description Animation

I'm in need of a 2D animated video to help explain my startup's product. The video should have a moderate level of complexity. This includes, but is not limited to, some detailed characters and backgrounds. Experience in creating 2D animations that convey information clearly and interestingly is a must. Familiarity with startup culture and the ability to translate that into engaging visuals will be highly appreciated.
