3D Printing files

I'm in need of expert help in creating suitable 3D printing files that I can use. Specifically, I'm looking for STL files, so that I can utilize them in any 3D printer easily. The files will be turning my outlines into Cookie Cutters with a graded cutting edge. I would provide a drawing like the attached in SVG and would need them turned into Files ready for printing Cookie Cutters with an edge like in the image. As I sell out of all of my Stainless Steel designs they will be converted to 3D Printed designs, so this is an ongoing project and the person taking this on would need to be available regularly.
