3D Printable Light-Up Pokéball - 14/09/2025 11:56 EDT

Job ID: 39790138

Budget: £20 – £250 GBP

I have an RGB light puck (63mm) that I’d like to showcase inside a full-size Pokéball. What I need is a clean, accurate 3D model (PLA-friendly) that prints in two parts, snaps or screws together smoothly, and leaves just enough internal clearance for the puck and its heat dispersion.

Please size the cavity to the exact outside diameter of a standard RGB light puck (63mm) and allow for easy battery changes. Walls should be thick enough to diffuse light but still remain sturdy in PLA. A shallow inner lip or alignment pins to keep the halves flush is preferred; if you have a smarter closure idea I’m open to it as long as it stays printable without supports on a typical FDM printer.

Deliverables:
• STL files ready for slicing, plus the source file (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar)
• A quick print-orientation note and recommended layer height / infill for PLA
• One revision round to tweak fit once I test-print the first set

Looking forward to seeing a design that lets the RGB puck glow cleanly through the classic Pokéball pattern.

I would like exclusive access to the design so it cant be sold on to anyone else
