Target Audience
The video materials are intended for the population of the Republic and cover different social groups, including:
• Residents of multi-storey buildings
• People living in private houses
• Residents of rural areas
• Children and teenagers (kindergarten and school age)
• Employees and office workers
• Persons with disabilities
• Elderly people
Basis for Video Production
The videos must be produced in accordance with current national standards, regulations, and guidelines related to seismic safety.
The videos should provide clear, scientifically based and understandable information about actions to take during an earthquake.
Funding Source
Funding will be provided by the Foundation supporting seismology, seismic resistance of structures, and seismic safety.
Main Requirements
The videos must meet the following requirements:
• Information should be simple, understandable, and evidence-based
• The videos should not create fear or panic, but instead encourage conscious and correct behavior
• Real-life situations should be reflected (home, school, workplace, street)
• All videos must follow a single concept
• Each video must be produced as 3D animation
• At least 5 video clips
• Duration: 30 seconds to 3 minutes
• Format: Full HD (1920×1080), MP4
• Language: Uzbek language with subtitles

• Guidelines for behavior in emergency situations
• Recommendations of seismology experts
• Real situations adapted to regional conditions and living environments
• Existing promotional materials and international experience
Tasks of the Contractor
The contractor must complete the following tasks:
• Develop adapted scenarios for different target groups
• Prepare storyboards for each video
• Produce 3D animated video materials
• Record voice-over narration and sound effects
• Add subtitles
• Optimize the final videos for use in public awareness campaigns
• Deliver all final materials to the customer in electronic format
