Pre-Sales 3D Home Renderings

I’m preparing marketing material for a new single-family development and need photorealistic 3D images that make buyers fall in love before we even break ground. You will take my CAD plans and turn them into fully styled scenes, delivering:

• One exterior hero shot that captures curb appeal and overall massing
• Interior views of the living room, kitchen and a representative bedroom, each staged in a clean, modern aesthetic with emphasis on finishes, furniture placement, fabrics and décor

Interior design detail is the star of the show, so textures, color palettes, and accessory choices must read as contemporary and inviting. Natural and artificial lighting should feel believable and warm; think daylight streaming through large windows and subtle accent lighting that highlights architectural features.

Please maintain consistent material choices between exterior and interior where surfaces meet (e.g., window frames, flooring that continues to patios). Final files should be 4K PNG or TIFF plus the native 3D project file so we can request small tweaks if needed.
