1. Technical Requirements
• Bilingual Support:
o The Avatar must support full interaction in both Arabic and English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
o Automatic Language Detection (ALD) capability or a manual toggle for users to switch between languages.
• Data Ingestion Engine:
o Web Scraper: A tool to extract and sync data directly from the company’s website URLs.
o Document Ingestion: Ability to process uploaded files (PDF, Excel, Word) and integrate them into the Avatar’s knowledge base.
• AI Core & Frontend:
o Integration with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-4o) ensuring contextual accuracy in both languages.
o Development of a Web-based Application (Responsive) that can be embedded into the company’s official website.
o Implementation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to ensure the Avatar only answers based on provided company data.
2. Visual & Audio Requirements
• Character Design: A high-quality 3D or photorealistic Avatar featuring a local cultural appearance (Traditional attire).
• Audio Processing (STT/TTS):
o High-quality, natural-sounding voices for both Arabic (Local dialect/Modern Standard) and English.
o Precise Lip-syncing technology to match facial movements with the generated speech in both languages.
3. Administrative Dashboard (Admin Panel)
• A centralized dashboard allowing the management to:
1. Add/Update website URLs for automated data scraping.
2. Upload and manage training documents via a simple drag-and-drop interface.
3. Review chat logs and manually refine responses to improve accuracy.
4. Subscriptions & Fees (Financial Responsibility)
• Client Responsibility: We (the Project Owner) will bear all costs related to AI subscriptions and third-party platform fees (e.g., OpenAI API, HeyGen, D-ID, or Cloud hosting).
• Developer Responsibility: The financial bid should cover technical execution, character design, software development, bilingual integration, and the knowledge base setup.
5. Exclusions
• No Backend API Integration: The project does not require complex integration with the company’s internal databases; it relies solely on web scraping and uploaded documents.
