Playful Sparrow Animation in 3D Max

I'm looking for an animator with a proficient understanding of 3D Max to help develop a semi-realistic, playful sparrow animation. The render will primarily feature the bird trying repeatedly and unsuccessfully to enter an aperture from a shutter. Here are the key features:
1. Bird Type: The animation features a sparrow - a playful and curious one.
2. Animation Style: While realism is valued, the animation itself doesn't need to be incredibly detailed or intricate. A balance between realism and simplicity would be ideal.
3. Focus: Your main task lies in the creation of the bird animation. The aperture, shutter, and other pieces of the scene will be developed by my in-house team.
Successful bidders must showcase a solid background in animation, preferably with experience in crafting bird or animal-focused animations. Familiarity with 3D Max is a must.
