Project Brief: Photorealistic 3D Product Renders for House Design
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled 3D rendering artist to produce a series of photorealistic visualizations for a new house design. The renders will be used on our product launch website, so quality and attention to detail are paramount.
Scope of Work:
The project includes creating 8 high-quality final renders, based on both light and dark design palettes, showing the following areas:
Kitchen & Living Space
Bathroom
Laundry
External View (including veranda and garage)
Each space will be rendered twice (one light version, one dark version), for a total of 8 renders.
What We’ll Provide:
Elevation drawings and plans
Detailed product specifications, materials, fittings, and furnishings guides
Style references and mood boards (if needed)
Requirements:
Final images must be photorealistic and suitable for commercial use
Include infographics and context scenes where appropriate (e.g., furniture placement, lighting context, lifestyle elements)
Realistic lighting, shadows, textures, and finishes
Clean, exportable formats (JPEG/PNG, 300dpi)
Deliverables:
8 final rendered images (4 scenes × 2 palettes)
Optional: Source files (if available or required later)
Any draft previews as part of your workflow for feedback
Timeline:
