3D Photorealistic Renders for Casino Lounge

Project Title: 3D Design Renders — Branded Casino Floor Lounge Concept
Description:
We need a 3D artist / interior visualisation specialist to produce photorealistic renders of a branded casino floor space called the TVWM Practitioners' Lounge.
The concept is a dedicated area within a casino floor where players are guided through a structured responsible gambling method. Think premium lounge meets experiential learning zone — it needs to feel aspirational, on-brand, and operationally credible to casino executives who will be evaluating it as a real deployment proposal.
What we need:
We're looking for 3-5 high-quality renders covering:
A wide establishing shot showing the Lounge within a broader casino floor context
An interior view showing the seating/play stations layout
A detail shot of branded touchpoints (signage, table branding, NFC tap stations)
An exterior/entrance view showing the Lounge threshold and branding
Optional: a birds-eye floorplan-style render
The space should accommodate approximately 20-30 players at a time across table game positions and a central briefing/welcome area. The aesthetic is modern, clean, and premium — not gimmicky. Think Wynn or Bellagio tier, not carnival.
Brand guidelines will be provided, including colour palette, logo assets, and key terminology. Reference photography of target-tier casino environments will also be supplied.
Deliverables:
3-5 photorealistic renders at print resolution (minimum 300dpi, suitable for A3+ print and pitch decks)
Source files (e.g. Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp — negotiable)
Two rounds of revisions included
Skills required: 3D visualisation, interior design rendering, hospitality/commercial space design. Casino or luxury hospitality experience a strong plus.
