I am looking for a skilled 3D modeler and Photoshop expert to create a photo-realistic 3D model of a medical device in several colors. The ideal candidate should have experience in 3D modeling and be able to save the model in various formats.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g. Blender, Maya, 3ds Max)
- Experience in creating photo-realistic 3D models
- Knowledge of different file formats for 3D models
- Strong skills in Photoshop for manipulating and compositing images
- Ability to combine stock images with the 3D model in Photoshop
