Photo-Realistic Kitchen VR Rendering

Job ID: 40609024

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m working on a solution that turns kitchen layout data into an immersive virtual-reality tour, rendered with high-detail, photo-realistic quality. The core of the project is an AI-driven 3D visualization pipeline that can ingest plans or sketches and output a VR-ready scene with accurate materials, lighting, reflections, and depth.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Build or integrate the AI model that interprets kitchen measurements and design parameters, generating the geometry and texture maps automatically.
• Set up a rendering environment—Unreal Engine, Unity HDRP, Blender with Cycles, or a comparable real-time photoreal tool—that delivers smooth, headset-friendly performance.
• Produce a standalone VR tour (Meta Quest / WebXR / SteamVR—whichever you feel is most efficient) that allows users to move freely around the space, open cabinet doors, and toggle alternative finishes.
• Optimize assets so the final build maintains high-detail realism without compromising frame rate or causing latency.
• Provide the full project files, documented source code, and a short screen-capture walkthrough demonstrating the finished experience.

Acceptance criteria: the tour must launch in VR, load in under 20 seconds on a consumer headset, and display physically based lighting that matches reference photos of quartz counters, stainless appliances, and matte-paint cabinets.

If this sounds like your area of expertise, tell me which engine or AI framework you’ll leverage and how long you expect the end-to-end pipeline to take.
