Photo-Realistic Architecture Perspectives
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a skilled visualizer to turn my architectural design into striking, photo-realistic perspective images. The focus is on both interior spaces and exterior views, so I’ll need cohesive lighting and material consistency throughout.
Scope
• Produce high-resolution (print-ready) perspectives that convincingly showcase finishes, furnishings, and context.
• Cover at least one key interior vignette and one signature exterior angle; additional viewpoints can be discussed once you’ve reviewed the base model.
• Integrate realistic textures, accurate daylighting, and subtle post-production touches so the final renders feel lifelike.
What I’ll Provide
• Current pdf plans, elevations, and sections
• A mood board outlining exterior finish materials
Deliverables
1. Low-resolution draft renders for feedback.
2. Final photo-realistic images (PNG or JPG, 4K minimum).
3. Source file in your preferred software (3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, or equivalent) for future tweaks.
Timeline
I’d like to review first drafts within a week of project start, with finals delivered shortly after revisions.
