Parting of Red Sea Video Clip

I am the producer of a live stage show and one of the scenes in the show is the scene where God uses Moses to part the Red Sea. I need that scene done. We have a very rudimentary animation we've been using for years (see link below starting at 00:19) and are interested in replacing it with a more realistic-looking animation. Can you do it? If so, let me know how much and how fast. We realize that rendering water takes a long time so let us know how long you think it would take to create and also to render. Thanks so much!
