Nordic Interior & Exterior Visuals

I’m preparing a marketing launch for a new residential development and need photoreal images that sell the concept instantly. In addition we have exisiting new apartments we need 3D furnituring of.

Inside, every frame should radiate authentic Nordic style—clean lines, muted palettes, warm woods, and soft natural light. I’ll provide floor plans, a mood board, and reference photos so you can handle the full 3D styling and visualization workflow, from modeling to final renders.

For the exterior, I need a seamless photomontage that drops the building into a supplied site photograph. It must feature:
• Surrounding landscape
• Vehicles and pedestrians
• Lighting effects that match the scene’s time of day

Preferred tools are 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona, SketchUp + Enscape, Blender + Cycles, or any pipeline that produces crisp, print-ready results.

We are a property development company based in Norway, focused on newly built apartments and small houses. To support the marketing of our residential projects, we are looking for a long-term partner with expertise in 3D visualization.

Scope of Work
Task 1
- 3D interior and exterior for 3 housing projects, one of them apartments.
- You will receive drone photo and drawings.
- Styling must reflect modern Nordic/Scandinavian design

Task 2
- 3D furnishing of newly built apartments based on video walk-throughs
- You will receive video and floor plans
- Your task: identify the best camera angles and create photorealistic interior renders
- Styling must reflect modern Nordic/Scandinavian design
- Do not add spotlights in the zeiling that is not there on pictures/video

Requirements
- Experience with Scandinavian interior style
- Ability to deliver high-quality photorealistic images
