Nightclub Walk-thru

I need something similar to this built in UNREAL ENGINE 5 and output as an MPEG. The finished video needs to look like we are exploring a dimly lit nightclub. I have some plans and many photographs and video clips to build the 3-D environment from. It needs to look gritty and photorealistic.
