Need 3D artist with the skills of character rigging

I need a 3D artist to crate the 3D character of Jungle Sufari instructor and character rigging of the same character on the given speech. The audio file is attached in the attachment and the type of sample work is also submitted.

I just need 3D character and its rigging according to the speech. I expect minimum 2 changes from the artist.
