Need an Animator to Animate certain Scenes -- 2

I need an expert animator who can create certain scenes based on my description and background audio (in English). Background narration audio will be provided by me but you need to synch with your animation. You need to divide each clip as MP4 and send me them with the original software file. Can be cartoon videos with people.
The descriptions are like:
One man talking (in loops and sometimes moving in hands, sitting)
Digging soil in front of kitchen and preparing containers for plant growing
Showing how to make drainage system in pot
Spreading seeds
Mixing fertilizers
Showing sunlight, rain, snow effect on the plants of containers
Watering plants
Keeping them inside shed/indoor in room/keeping outside in balcony
Show time lapse video of plant growth
Show transition from summer to monsoon to winter to spring and then summer
Harvesting the plants
Showing using the plants on dishes
Each scene going to be average of 1 minutes-2 minutes totalling something like 10 to 20 minutes of animation
It will be best if you can show me how the animations are made. So I prefer you run a screen recording software when you create just the 2nd scene (soil digging).

Also, I will need interactive animations. Like people ask the character/object to do certain things by clicking/dragging on it.

Project has chances of running for long time since I need to make scripts.
I need full cop-yright of the animations. You cannot use your logo, watermark etc. Need the videos in HD/Full HD.
Lowest Bidder wins. Possible long-term work.
