Motion Designer 3D/2D needed

Our studio is looking for a talented motion designer to produce a looping animation thats fluid, organic, and vivid for use on the web and mobile applications.
The first phase and deliverable will be to create a production ready after effects file of the visual concept attached (see attached example.) The intent is to use this example as a visual and motion reference for an original, production-ready looping asset.
The second phase and deliverables will be creating 2-3 alternative options derived from the first deliverable/concept.
