3D Modern Women’s Spa Design

I’m fitting out a new women-only spa and need a full 3D concept that captures a clean, modern vibe from the street façade right through to the last treatment room. The scope includes the reception area, a relaxation lounge, dedicated massage rooms, Moroccan bath, Turkish bath and a compact nails area; each space should flow naturally into the next while retaining its own character.

Once we kick off I’ll provide exact floor measurements, inspiration images and a short brief on furniture preferences. In return I expect:

• Photorealistic still renders of the exterior frontage and all interior zones
• Dimensionally accurate plans/elevations suitable for my contractor’s quotations
• Native project files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar) so we can make minor tweaks later

Lighting realism, ergonomic furniture placement and coherent material choices are the main acceptance criteria. Initial drafts a week after hand-off and a polished final set soon after would keep the build schedule on track. Let’s craft a tranquil, contemporary space our guests will love.
