Modern Villa 3D Visualization

The attached 2-D plans need to be translated into a complete SketchUp model and a set of photorealistic renders.

Exterior
– Model the whole villa in a clean, well-layered SketchUp file.
– Apply a Modern architectural language and include full façade articulation, hard-scape and soft-scape elements, exterior lighting, and garden features (suitable for warm weather in Qatar) that appear on the drawings so the surroundings read as a finished project.

Interior
– Focus on the ground-floor living room.
– Produce three high-resolution images that feel bright and airy; one of those shots must clearly illustrate the achievable open-plan connection to adjacent spaces. Natural daylight, light finishes, and subtle décor should reinforce the mood.

Deliverables
• Native SketchUp (.skp) file with all geometry, groups, layers, and textures organised.
• Exterior renders: at least two angles showing architecture and landscaping.
• Interior renders: three images of the living room as described.
• All textures and proxy assets packaged so the file opens without missing links.

I will review the first draft model for accuracy before you move on to final lighting and materials; minor tweaks at that stage will be expected. Feel free to use V-Ray, Lumion, or your preferred renderer as long as the final images arrive in 4K resolution.
