Modern Photorealistic CGI of House

I'm seeking a skilled CGI artist to create 6 high-quality, photorealistic images of a modern house for sales and marketing purposes.

Requirements:
- 2 external images
- 4 internal images covering:
- Living room and kitchen
- Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Dining and living room
- Very high quality is essential
- Must follow specific design references I will provide

As the houses are now part-built we can send pictures with the actual roofs, bricks and so on to make it as realistic as possible. I attach photos of the bathroom styles as well.

You will see in the attachments previous CGI's we have done, but the proposed must be more photo realistic and also include internal shots.

We will provide the locations on the floorplans where the images must be taken from.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in creating modern style, photorealistic CGI
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work
- Ability to accurately interpret and implement design references
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Blender)
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output

The output needs to be in Jpeg, PNG and PDF. Please ensure in your quote that we can have 2 rounds of amendments.
