Modern Minimalist Elevation & Interior Design
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m finalising plans for my new home and need a cohesive, modern-minimalist treatment inside and out. For the façade, I want a clean front elevation that relies on simple lines, balanced proportions and a restrained material palette—no ornate trim, just pure modern geometry that feels light and timeless.
Inside, that same minimalist ethos should guide the living room, kitchen and all bedrooms. Each space should flow visually while still meeting its own functional needs. I’d like to see how finishes, lighting, furniture placement and storage solutions can work together so everything feels calm, uncluttered and contemporary.
To keep the process smooth, please deliver:
• A high-resolution 3D perspective and a dimensioned drawing of the front elevation
• Interior layout plans for the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, showing furniture and circulation
• At least one photorealistic render for each space
• A concise material, colour and fixture schedule that ties the exterior and interior together
I already have basic floor plans in CAD/PDF; you can build on those. Work with the tools you prefer—SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray or similar—so long as the final files are editable and the visuals are presentation-ready. If you think large windows or a modest balcony could enhance the concept without compromising the minimalist brief, feel free to suggest it; I’m open to smart ideas as long as the overall aesthetic remains crisp and modern.
