Modern Kitchen Island Design

I’m giving my kitchen a full refresh and want it to feel unmistakably modern—clean lines, smart storage and a striking island or breakfast bar that pulls the whole room together. I’ll share the current floor plan, photos and any measurements you need; what I’m looking for is a complete design package that lets me hand clear plans to my contractor and visualize the end result before demo day begins.

You’d translate my notes into mood boards, layout concepts and polished 3D renderings (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit—use whichever you’re fastest with). Because the island is the centerpiece, the design should highlight seating, task lighting and seamless workflow around cooking, prep and entertaining zones. All cabinetry, finishes and fixtures should echo a modern aesthetic without feeling cold.

Deliverables
• Two layout options featuring an island or breakfast bar
• Material / colour board with finish specs
• High-resolution 3D visuals (JPEG/PNG) plus source model
• Scaled floor plan and basic elevations in PDF and DWG/SKP
