Modern Hillside Home 3D Renderings

**Description:**
We are seeking a skilled 3D rendering artist or architectural visualization expert to create high-quality 3D views of our future home, which is being built on a hillside. We have detailed 2D architectural plans that need to be transformed into visually realistic 3D renderings, helping us better visualize the finished structure and surrounding landscape.
**Key Requirements:**
- Experience in creating realistic 3D renderings of residential homes
- Ability to work with provided architectural plans (AutoCAD, PDF, or similar formats)
- Understanding of hillside terrains and how to incorporate them into the renderings
- Experience with exterior and interior views, including landscaping and surrounding environment
- Attention to detail in capturing textures, materials, and lighting
- Ability to provide revisions based on feedback
**Deliverables:**
- Exterior 3D rendering with detailed views of all sides of the house
- Interior renderings of key rooms (living area, kitchen, master bedroom, etc.)
- Landscape integration to match the hillside topography
- 3D views from multiple angles (both daytime and evening lighting)
- Any relevant source files for future adjustments (optional)
**Additional Info:**
- We are building on a hillside, so the design needs to incorporate the natural slope of the land.
- We have architectural plans ready for reference, and we can share them in AutoCAD or PDF format.
- Please include examples of similar projects you’ve worked on in your portfolio.
