Modern Granny Home Designs and E-Commerce Site
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 AUD
I am seeking creative 3D, rendering and interior designers who are skilled in architecting 12-15 granny home ranging from 40 -60m2 designs based on modern aesthetics. Each design must be accompanied by 3D floor plans and also include virtual reality walkthroughs and furniture animations. The project also involves creating a visually engaging display website focused on 3D elements for showcasing the designs with ability to swap flooring materials , and colours as well as kitchens and bathroom for each of the floor plans. exterior landscaping 3D designs.
Existing 2D floor plans can be provided as well as exterior home aspects images .
A separate Web e-commerce platform will be required. The web will have 6-10 products and capacity to add to 25 .
Some graphic 3D displays of products will be required for some products for the e-commerce will include the standard e-commerce features, as well as wholesales key feature with the opportunity to discuss further enhancements in the course of the project.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proven experience in modern design
- Expertise in 3D modelling and rendering
- Comprehensive experience in creating architectural plans ( a plus ) not necessary
- Experience with virtual reality walkthroughs and product animations
- Proficiency in developing e-commerce platforms
