Modern Elevator Landing Render

I need a photorealistic 3D rendering that shows how a specific wood paneling will look once it is installed on the main wall of an elevator landing. You will receive high-resolution photos of the existing space as well as close-ups of the exact paneling pattern, colour and grain that must be replicated. The overall mood should feel clean and modern, and the wood paneling must stand out as the key visual feature in the scene.

Artificial lighting is preferred; please place and tune fixtures so the paneling reads warm and inviting while the rest of the room, including the existing windows and elevator door, is still believable. Reflections, textures and scale accuracy are important because the rendering will be used to secure stakeholder approval before ordering materials.

Deliverables
• One native 3D file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender or comparable) with organised layers
• Two high-resolution still images (minimum 4K) from different camera angles
• Up to two revision cycles for tweaks to colour, lighting or camera position
