Key Focus: Your primary task will be to design and enhance every area within the apartment, taking into consideration the flow of space and the aesthetics of each room.
Style Preference: It's essential that you have a strong background in modern interior design. The goal is to create a sleek, uncluttered, and sophisticated look that's in line with my vision.
3D Models: The successful candidate will be expected to provide 3D models of the proposed designs. This is a critical element of the project as it will help me visualize the final result before any physical changes are made.
We require you to give us at least 5 design options in different themes and also different materials. focus should be on every small detail i.e walls, ceiling, bathrooms, floors and make it a smart home. we are ready to provide more details for accurate working
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in designing entire residential spaces, particularly apartments
- Specialization in modern interior design
- Proficiency in creating detailed and realistic 3D models
- Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and translate client preferences into design elements.
