Minimalist Villa 3D Interior Design

I need a full 3-dimensional concept for four key spaces in my villa—the majlis, master bedroom, main entrance foyer, and the niche beneath the stairs. All rooms should follow a cohesive minimalist theme in calm neutral tones, relying on smart lighting layers and carefully chosen accents to add warmth rather than visual clutter.

What I expect:
• Mood board and material palette that illustrates the chosen neutral range, plus lighting references.
• Scaled 3D models (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) for each space, showing walls, ceilings, built-ins, furniture, and light fixtures.
• Photorealistic renders (V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, etc.) from key viewpoints—day and night variants for each room.
• Source files and high-resolution JPEG/PNG finals ready for contractor use.

Acceptance criteria: consistent minimalist language across all rooms; realistic light behavior; accurate scale that matches provided floor plans; finishes and furniture clearly annotated so they can be specified during fit-out.

I will share CAD drawings and site photos once we connect so you can start blocking out geometry right away.
