Minimalist Apartment Interior 3D Visualization
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m looking for a skilled 3D artist to turn my apartment in Faridabad India layout into a clean, minimalist visual story that I can share with my interior contractor and family. The goal is interior-design visualization, so realism, accurate dimensions, and a calm aesthetic take priority over flashy effects.

Scope of work
– Build a precise 3D model from my floor plan (I’ll provide PDF/CAD).
– Apply minimalist finishes, neutral color palettes, and simple furniture forms that suit an Indian apartment context.
– Light each space naturally and produce high-resolution still renders—at least three distinct camera angles per room.
– Supply the editable source file (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar) along with textures so I can request tweaks later.
– Optional but appreciated: a short walkthrough animation or 360° panorama if your workflow allows.
What I’ll provide
• Floor plan with measurements
• Basic furniture references and mood images
• Clarifications on material choices (e.g., matte wood, light terrazzo, white walls)
Acceptance criteria
1. Proportions match the plan within a 2 cm tolerance.
2. Lighting and materials reflect a true minimalist look—no ornate details.
3. Final images are at least 4K resolution, ready for print or presentation.
