3D Metahuman Avatar with Speech-to-Text

We need to use metahuman avatar and make a program in three.js or other 3D library that can simulate the fact that the avatar is silently moving its head, eyes and some facial expressions slightly and the fact that it starts talking using speech-to-text based on certain events such as clicking a button.
