Make me a music video with an animated character.

Hi, I need a promo video for a project that I’ll be working on. There really isn’t a plot line and I’d like it to be 110 seconds long. All I need is an animated character with a custom design (just like how I have it drawn) to dance with constantly changing backgrounds and different POVs of the character randomly. There might be some titles/transitions/effect but I know that the background and the animated character are the main idea. I’ll send you a reference video with all the dance moves / dances / etc that I’d like. I’d basically like the video I’m sending but with some changes.
