High-End Home Redesign & 3D Modeling Project – Tarzana & Encino, CA

I’m looking for an experienced designer or architect to collaborate on the transformation of two luxury properties in Tarzana and Encino, California. I’ll provide detailed photos, measurements, and inspiration — and I need your expertise to help reinvent both homes with complete interior and exterior redesign concepts.

Project Scope:
• Reimagine full layouts (interior & exterior), optimizing space and flow
• Create detailed 3D SketchUp models of the current layout and proposed renovation
• Design two distinct style directions:
• Modern Mediterranean: travertine meadows, smooth stucco, earthy elegance
• Retro-Hollywood Wellness: 1970s glam, wellness-inspired spaces, pool-forward vibes
• Areas to include: kitchen, backyard, pool area, all rooms and living spaces
• Suggest layout improvements, furniture placement, and smart sizing

Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience with California-based residential projects
• Understands zoning, flow, and space optimization in Los Angeles homes
• Familiar with AI tools to enhance concept discovery (optional but preferred)
• Can provide well-thought recommendations aligned with high-end design standards
