Lumion to SketchUp Conversion & Rendering

I have a Lumion file of a house that needs to be rendered and converted into a SketchUp file. All interior areas including the living room, bedroom, and kitchen require rendering. The final file should be compatible with SketchUp 2023 and should utilize standard materials.
