Looking For an unreal engine specialist for creation of an ambient environment for a youtube video
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need a scene created along the lines of this youtube channel....

The scene will become the main video content for this true crime youtube channel...

The idea is to have a hyper realistic rainy/stormy scene outside a large window.
Ideally with a bit of custom branding for the channel, the red armchair, maybe an open fireplace etc? (im open to ideas).
The render doesnt have to be very long (10 mins is fine)
The main things im looking for is that it
- loops well for cases where i need it to be longer
- has subtle variations in whats happening in the scene (the rain, fireplace etc)
- doesn't have anything overly distracting or flashy going on, its just a subtle backdrop to keep the listeners interested without taking focus away from the story.
I'm open to any cool ideas or suggestions on this.
Also toying with putting the puppet from the true crime video in the scene. If this does happen, it will have to be done in a way that you can't tell if the puppet is talking or not. (in a shadowy armchair?)
