Long slide game animations
Budget: $10 – $15 USD
I’m building a “long slide” style game and need a handful of fun, cartoon-flavoured 3D character animations that feel fast, bouncy, and readable on mobile as well as desktop.
Here’s what I’m after:
• One fully-loopable slide pose that can run for any duration without visible pops.
• Start and end transitions (entering the slide, exiting to a run or celebration).
• Two quick variations for in-air moments—think little hops or mid-slide tricks—to keep the motion fresh.
• A fail state (wobble, tumble, or similar) no longer than two seconds.
All work is on the character only; no environment or prop animation is required.
Rig: I’ll supply a single-root, game-ready rig in FBX; feel free to adjust control names if that helps your workflow, but keep the hierarchy intact so I can drop the clips straight into Unity.
Style reference: colourful, slightly exaggerated motion—the sort you’d find in a kart racer or party platformer. No realism; squash-and-stretch is welcome if it sells the action.
Deliverables:
1. Clean FBX files for each animation (named clearly).
2. A short MP4 capture showing each clip in motion.
3. Confirmation the loops import and play correctly in Unity’s Humanoid rig set-up (I’ll test on my end).
I’m aiming to review first drafts within a week of project start and wrap final tweaks shortly after. If something is unclear, let’s chat before you keyframe so we don’t lose time.
