3D Lidar Monitoring Software

I need software to monitor a 3D lidar sensor. The software should identify vehicles within a 0-50 meters range and provide real-time distance and height data on a dashboard.
Key requirements:
- Identify overhead obstacles within 25-30 meters by way of 3d lidar data
- Real-time display on a dashboard height and distance from vehicle
-real time warning, real time command when criteria is met x2
- Manual input for sensor mounting position x2 one 3d one 2d to distinguish accurate parameters (height and distance
-Inclination will be required as well as other dimensions. as one sensor will move on the vehicle up n down
-output signals x2 to an I/O board when criteria is met to do so
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with lidar data processing
- Dashboard development skills
- Strong programming background, especially in real-time data handling
