Kitchen Interior 3D Render Needed

I have a kitchen concept sketched out in AutoCAD and I now need it brought to life as photorealistic interior renders. Your task is simple and focused: take the drawings I provide, model the space accurately in SketchUp (or comparable software), apply realistic materials, lighting, and décor, then produce high-resolution still images. Lumion (or a similar rendering engine) is preferred for the final output because I may want to extract short walkthrough clips later, so please keep the lighting and asset organisation clean.

Deliverables
• Two to three high-resolution JPG or PNG renders showing key kitchen angles (overall view, worktop splash-back detail, and island perspective).
• The native 3D file with organised layers/components so I can open and edit if needed.

Acceptance criteria
• Geometry must match my CAD dimensions.
• Lighting should look natural for daylight and evening scenes—no blown-out highlights.
• Textures must be PBR-ready and sharp at 4K.
• Final images delivered within one week of project start.
