2. Main Responsibilities of the Project Manager**
Managing the AI Avatar Development Process
- Searching for and coordinating the work of a team of 3D designers, AI developers, marketers, and content managers.
- Overseeing the creation of the avatar’s visual appearance and animation.
- Integrating AI (GPT, ElevenLabs, D-ID, MetaHuman, Unreal Engine) into the product.
Task Planning and Coordination
- Developing and maintaining the project plan, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Optimizing team workflows using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Organizing internal meetings and reporting.
Working with AI and Technical Tools
- Implementing and configuring AI APIs (GPT, ElevenLabs, Runway ML, Stable Diffusion).
- Automating data processing and content generation.
- Testing AI responses and improving dialogue logic.
Integration with Social Media and Marketing
- Developing mechanics for AI avatar interaction in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Setting up chatbots and voice assistants.
- Preparing the AI avatar for advertising campaigns.
Legal Support and AI Brand Protection
- Drafting and signing agreements with contractors (NDA, Intellectual Property Transfer Agreement).
3. Required Skills and Competencies
Mandatory:
- Experience as an AI Project Manager / Technical Project Manager.
- Knowledge of GPT, AI content generation, speech synthesis (ElevenLabs, Play.ht).
- Experience working with 3D technologies (MetaHuman, Unreal Engine, Blender, Runway ML).
- Agile/Scrum skills, ability to work with Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion.
- English level B2+.
Desirable:
- Experience integrating chatbots, NLP, and AI assistants.
- Marketing skills, understanding AI content management in social media.
4. Collaboration Terms
