3D Interior Rendering and Animation

I need a skilled 3D artist to create detailed interior renderings and animated shots from our floor plans.

Requirements:
- 3D interior renderings for:
- Full floor plan
- Flex room
- Living room
- Kitchen
- Bedroom
-Other room

- Animated shots of the interiors

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion...)
- Experience in creating realistic interior renderings
- Animation skills for 3D environments (Lumion, Enscape or similar)
- Attention to detail and creativity

Deadline for the first test suite type July 4th. Deadline for everything 31st July
