Interior Architectural 3D Design Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I have an architectural concept that now needs to be brought to life through a detailed interior-only 3D model. The shell of the building is already defined; what I require is an engaging, photorealistic representation of the internal spaces so stakeholders can grasp flow, materials, lighting, and furniture layout before construction begins.
You may work in the tool you are most comfortable with—SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max + V-Ray, or a comparable package—as long as the final files can be opened for future revisions. Accuracy in scale, clean geometry, and realistic textures are essential.
Deliverables
• Native 3D source file of the complete interior model
• 4–6 high-resolution rendered perspectives (minimum 4K) showcasing key areas
• One overhead axonometric or cutaway view to illustrate spatial relationships
• Lighting and material schedules in PDF for reference
I will provide floor plans, reference photos, and a short mood-board once we begin. Please indicate your preferred software, a concise timeline, and include one or two samples of past interior visualizations with your proposal.
