Interactive Employee Training Video

I want to turn my existing training material into an interactive video that holds employees’ attention and tests their understanding as they go. The course will live on our LMS, so it must publish to HTML5 and be fully SCORM-compliant.

The content outline and objectives are already mapped; what’s missing is the engaging delivery. I’m picturing clean animation, clear voice-over, and timely interactions—quizzes, clickable elements, or branching choices—placed exactly where they reinforce each lesson. I’m flexible on the specific technique as long as the finished piece is intuitive on desktop and mobile.

Deliverables
• A polished interactive video (HD + SCORM package) ready for immediate upload
• Source project files built in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, H5P, Camtasia, or a similar authoring tool so future edits are simple
• Brief implementation guide covering upload steps and reporting setup
• One revision cycle after my team’s review
