Interactive 3D Animation from CAD

I need an interactive animation created from a SolidWorks CAD model of a machine. The animation should allow users to:
- Spin and view the model from different angles.
- Click on main body parts for:
- Basic overview descriptions.
- Detailed and exploded view of the parts.
- button or option to cut do a section view of the model.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Experience in creating interactive 3D animations. (for use on a website)
- Strong attention to detail for accurate component representation.
