Industrial Project 3D Exterior Renders

Job ID: 40514956

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a set of polished exterior renders for an upcoming industrial facility presentation. The visuals should go beyond bare-bones massing: cladding, fenestration, roof treatments and realistic materials all need to read clearly, yet the model doesn’t have to be hyper-photorealistic or filled with extensive landscaping. Think moderate detail with convincing textures that let stakeholders grasp form, scale and material intent at a glance.

Here’s what I’m after:
• 3–4 high-resolution JPEG or PNG images taken from the key vantage points I’ll supply (front elevation, loading-dock side, bird’s-eye corner and an optional dusk shot if time permits).
• Lighting and camera work that feel natural and highlight the building lines—no dramatic mood lighting, just clean, presentation-ready renders.
• Textured façades, basic ground plane, a sprinkling of context (sky, subtle background structures or trees) only where it helps readability.
• Source file kept on your end for possible tweaks, but final hand-off is the flat images.

Typical tools like 3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + Enscape, Blender Cycles or similar are fine—use whatever pipeline lets you hit the quality quickly. The schedule is tight, so step one will be a low-res draft so I can confirm angles and material colors before you commit to the final pass.

If you’ve handled industrial exteriors before, please share a couple of examples or a link. Looking forward to crisp, professional renders that make the project shine in the boardroom.
