Immersive House Plan Walkthrough

I have a full set of architectural PDFs / DWG files for a single-family house and I need them transformed into an interactive, high-fidelity walkthrough that I can present to my clients. They expect to “step inside” every space, so the model must cover every room in the house—living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, utility spaces and circulation zones—rendered with realistic furnishings, finishes, lighting and décor.

Here is what I will provide: the 2D plans, exterior elevations, a finishes schedule and inspiration images that clarify style and colour palette. If you need anything else (e.g., ceiling heights, fixture specs) let me know early so I can supply it.

What I need back:
• A navigable walkthrough (WebGL, exe, or cloud-hosted link) that runs smoothly on an average laptop for live client demos.
• A short cinematic fly-through video (1080p) for backup and marketing use.
• Source files of the 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar—use whichever pipeline you are most comfortable with, as long as the textures stay linked).

Acceptance criteria
• Spatial accuracy matches the provided drawings ±2 cm.
• All fixed furniture, appliances and key loose pieces are in place and correctly scaled.
• PBR materials, lighting and shadows read naturally in both daylight and evening modes.
• No texture flicker, missing meshes, or navigation glitches.

Preferred tools are SketchUp + Enscape, Revit + Lumion, or Unreal Engine, but I am open if you can achieve equal visual quality and performance. Please include one or two links to comparable work so I can gauge realism and interactivity. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right partner and can be available for quick feedback during your process.
