Hyper realistic 3d animation

I am looking for a 3D animator who can assist in creating a hyper-realistic animation. As I haven't defined the purpose and theme yet, I will need someone who can work flexibly across different themes such as advertisements, entertainment, or education. The subject could also vary from animals to sci-fi or historical topics. The animation duration is currently undefined and could be less than 1 min, 1-5 mins, or more based on the final concept.
