Hyper-Realistic Home Automation Animation

Job ID: 40127385

Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 AUD

I need 2 short (40s), hyper-realistic 3D animation videos that follows an automated system moving fluidly through an entire house, and one for a Building Management System in a commercial premise (such as a winery or brewery). The video will be used as business content aimed squarely at potential clients, so the visuals must feel premium, polished, and technologically advanced—think cinematic lighting, believable materials, and lifelike motion.

Scope
The camera should travel room-to-room, highlighting how the automation interacts with each space in a natural sequence (e.g., lights dimming, blinds adjusting, appliances activating). I’m open on specific rooms as long as the narrative flows realistically and the tech remains the star. A smooth, continuous shot would be ideal, with subtle on-screen labels or motion-graphics callouts to clarify key features without breaking immersion.

Technical Expectations
• Photorealistic 3D rendering—PBR textures, global illumination, accurate reflections.
• Fluid, single-take camera path planned in storyboards before production.
• Final delivery in 4K (and a 1080p down-res) H.264/ProRes plus a handful of hi-res stills for posters and thumbnails.
• Native project files (Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, or Unreal Engine—whichever suite you’re most efficient in) and all assets on handoff.

Acceptance Criteria
• Every shot must withstand close-up scrutiny with minimal noise or flicker.
• Motion-graphics overlays harmonise with the environment, never obscure it.
• Colour-grade consistent across rooms; lighting transitions feel natural.
• Runtime 45–75 seconds—long enough to impress, short enough to keep viewers engaged.

I’ll supply brand guidelines, the automation feature list, and floor-plan references as soon as we lock in the storyboard. Let’s craft something that convinces prospects they’re experiencing tomorrow’s smart home today.
