Hyper-Realistic Animated Avatar Creation

I'm looking for a skilled 3D artist to create a hyper-realistic avatars . This avatar should be capable of full-body movements, like jumping or dancing, and will be used for short YouTube explanation videos of anything from 4 to 7 mins long. This will be for a youtube channel but is aimed at a gay audience so the avatars do need to be attractive to a gay audience. Need to have expressive face and gestures when explaining and will often walk around and be shown from back and side view pointing to a boards and charts.

Requirements:
- Hyper-realistic avatar design
- Full-body movement capabilities (e.g., jumping, dancing)
- Provide lip-sync points for video integration
